Selected Project Summary

  • $9 Million Renovation of the Warwick Hotel – The basement, sub-basement and parking garage were demolished and rebuilt due to flood damage and a flood gate system was installed. Additional work included renovation of the pool, ballroom, wine room, kitchen, bakery and elevators. Remodel of rooms on the 10th and 11th floor.
  • Real Estate and First Community Bank Center – New construction of 24,000 square foot two- story office building and entire interior build out for multiple tenants. The building has an atrium lobby entrance with a bank drive through facility attached. An access road and site utilities were also included in construction specifications.
  • Flint Ridge Plaza – New construction of 45,000 square foot two-story office building. Subsequent work included interior build out for three tenants. Included was 50,000 square feet of parking area.
  • First Community Bank – Interior build out of 3,600 square foot space. High end finishes to showcase new concept bank with coffee bar and internet café. Construction included satellite single car drive through and ATM kiosk. Three additional concept bank build outs were subsequently completed.
  • Bayou Place – Abatement and renovation of Albert Thomas Convention Center. Award winning project included in Texas Construction and Texas Architect magazines. Build out consisted of Bar Houston and Have a Nice Day Café.
  • VIN Restaurant – Upscale restaurant located in the theater district of downtown, Houston. Interior build out consisted of extensive lighting system, wood floors and state of the art kitchen equipment.
  • All Care Medical Center – New construction and site development of 3,700 square foot medical facility.
  • Allergy Clinic – Interior build out at Pearland location and selected by Dr. Engler to remodel the Pasadena and Houston facilities.
  • Bartlett Lofts – Renovation of warehouse facility into office space and lofts. Building is registered with the Historical Society.
  • Century Oaks Subdivision Development – New subdivision developed for luxury custom homes. 19 lots developed with storm sewer, curb and gutter, retention pond and all utilities. Development required approvals from City of Friendswood and Engineering Department, Galveston County Drainage District and TXDOT.
  • Pelican Bay Townhomes – Two townhome projects in the gated community of Pelican Bay on Galveston Bay.
